TERMS OF SERVICE

you may contact me through instagram or toyhou.se for a commission.
if you contact me through toyhou.se I would prefer to move to another platform such as instagram or discord to communicate.PAYMENT
full or half payment must be sent up front through PAYPAL. all prices are in USD.
if you wish to cancel a commission after I've started I can only give you a partial refund. I do not offer refunds after the commission is completed.TERMS
> if you wish to use my commissions for commercial use there is an extra fee.
> any art/adopt/custom made by me cannot be resold for a higher price than you obtained it for.
> do not remove my signature/watermark from my work.
> please refrain from editing my commission art after receiving it. instead notify me if you are unhappy.
> if you wish to redesign one of my adopts/customs feel free to do so, no need to notify me.
> my prices are flexible, so depending on the commission I may charge more or less.
> if no clear reference is provided for the character (reference sheet, direct picture) the commission counts as a custom and will have different prices from a regular commission. feel free to ask what does and doesn't count.
> ask for my TAT if that is of importance. i usually am not able to do strict deadlines, but feel free to ask.
> I can send WIPs at any time during the commission progress.
> if major changes need to be made later on for the commission/custom there will be an extra fee.
> finished commissions/customs can be sent either through mail or toyhou.se.
> my social media has to be credited if you choose to post the commission or use it as a profile picture.
